北京商报讯（记者 石飞月）7月9日，2021世界人工智能大会暨昇腾人工智能高峰论坛上，华为与大连市签约，将在公共算力服务、创新应用孵化、产业聚合发展、科研创新和人才培养等方面进行深度合作。
双方将聚焦人工智能计算中心平台建设，全面推动大连市人工智能产业建设，加快推动人工智能与产业深度融合发展，在区域形成人工智能算力集群，推进整个区域的产业升级和数字化转型。
