近日，咸阳长武亭口派出所社区民警在治安隐患大排查工作中，发现谢家河村村民谢某近期精神病复发，具有严重暴力倾向，该所立即启动肇事肇祸精神病人预防管控应急机制，出动5名警力，协助村委会及其家属成功将谢某予以控制并安全送至礼泉县精神病院治疗。
