中证网讯（记者 王辉）锦江酒店6月29日晚间公告，公司于2021年6月29日与Fortune News International Limited签署了《股份转让协议》，公司拟收购Fortune News International Limited持有的Keystone Lodging Holdings Limited（以下简称“Keystone”）3.49825%股权。经交易双方协商一致，本次交易价格为人民币3.51亿元。本次交易完成后，公司对Keystone的持股比例由96.50175%上升至100%。
公司第九届董事会第四十七次会议审议通过《关于收购控股子公司少数股东股权的议案》，全体董事一致表决通过，上述事项无需提交公司股东大会审议。
