智通财经APP讯，晨鸣纸业(01812)发布公告，公司拟以子公司江西晨鸣自有资金对上海晨鸣进行增资，增资金额为人民币7亿元，可根据上海晨鸣业务开展及资金需求情况分批注资。
本次增资完成后，上海晨鸣注册资本由人民币30亿元变更为人民币37亿元，其中公司持有其81.08%股权，江西晨鸣持有其18.92%股权，上海晨鸣仍为公司的全资下属公司。
