近日，三只松鼠原物流参谋部总参谋蒋某因犯非国家工作人员受贿罪和职务侵占罪，被判处有期徒刑1年10个月。蒋某利用职务上的便利，伙同他人将三只松鼠出售的价值68.4万元的废旧纸箱占为己有，非法收受和索取财物共计70余万元。
此前，蒋某还曾主动向行贿人索要价值42.9万元的宝马轿车一辆。
