与火热的“金三银四”相比，5月诸暨楼市有所降温。
据《诸暨日报》统计，2021年 5 月，诸暨商品房住宅（新房）成交量达1317套，环比4月份成交量（1626套）下降了19.0%，同比去年5月份成交量（1693套）下降了22.2%。
同时，5月二手房成交也有所回落。
据统计，5月份，诸暨二手房签约量约1181套，环比4月份（1489套）下降20.69%，同比去年5月份（761套）上涨55.19%。值得关注的是，虽然成交量环比下降，但仍大幅高于去年的月均成交量（约740套），二手房成交量仍在高位徘徊。
