公司回答表示，您好，根据财政部2010年制定的《互联网销售彩票暂行管理办法》规定，互联网售彩需要由财政部批准。但到目前为止，财政部还没有批准任何彩票机构开通利用互联网销售彩票业务。金陵体育在筹备海南视频电子即开彩票项目，属于线下业务，目前没有所谓的金陵体育彩票APP。谢谢关注!
