【财华社讯】中国银行(03988.HK)公布，2021年3月16日，该行董事会批准聘任卓成文先生为总审计师。该行已收到中国银行保险监督管理委员会核准卓成文先生任职资格的批覆。自2021年5月18日起，卓成文先生就任该行总审计师。
