证券时报e公司讯，全国房贷利率四连涨。根据融360大数据研究院对全国42个重点城市房贷利率的监测数据，2021年5月（数据采集期为2021年4月20日-2021年5月18日），全国首套房贷款平均利率为5.33%，环比上涨2BP（1BP为0.01个百分点）；二套房贷款平均利率为5.61%，环比上涨2BP。(澎湃新闻)
