中国人民大学人口与发展研究中心副主任、教授段成荣表示，改革开放后，中国人口的空间变动实现了由低流动性的“乡土中国”向高流动性的“迁徙中国”转变。从“七普”数据看，迁移流动成为常态化的人口空间运动特征还将长期保持。
