证券时报网讯，证监会副主席阎庆民在2021年“5.15全国投资者保护宣传日”活动讲话中表示，证监会将紧紧围绕推进新证券法的贯彻落实，加快有关配套规章制度的制定、修订，抓紧完善相应的工作措施和标准。适时研究启动制定投资者权益保护条例。研究建立投资者保护专项赔偿基金。
