证券时报网讯，据新华社消息，从国资委13日举行的“法治央企建设媒体通气会”获悉，国务院国资委近年来全面推进中央企业合规管理工作，推动将合规要求覆盖央企各业务领域、各职能部门、各级子企业和全体员工。目前，中央企业已全部成立合规委员会。
