4月30日讯，海尔智家公告称，该公司、海尔集团及海尔集团财务有限责任公司于2021年4月29日订立了新金融服务框架协议，协议有效期自2021年6月25日起至2023年12月31日止，为期三年。据此，海尔集团及其联系人（主要为海尔财务公司）同意以非独家的形式不时向该集团提供金融服务。
