证券时报e公司讯，海越能源(600387)4月13日晚间公告，公司拟收购控股股东铜川能源持有的陕西西北耐能源有限公司100%股权，交易金额13.12亿元。西北耐能源成立于2020年7月，主要从事陈炉黏土矿高岭土开采及深加工，拟生产医用高岭土、特级精细高岭土、化妆品级高岭土、造纸级高岭土等产品。西北耐能源拥有位于陕西省铜川市耀州区孝北堡处陈炉粘土矿之采矿权。
