四月上旬是上市公司年报集中披露期。据证券时报统计，截至4月11日，共有2182家上市公司公告了2020年度报告。除去已披露年报的企业，还有1295家上市公司对年度业绩进行了预告。在以上3477家企业中，2081家年度业绩同比预增，占比六成。
