坐落于唐山路北区的新华文化广场项目，地理位置优越，在万达广场对面，现在已经封顶好多年了，但是一直没外装，处于闲置状态，真是可惜。
2021年3️17号，看到过有工人进场，据说已经完成工人宿舍拆除和废墟清理工作，正在办理相关复工手续，希望早日建成开业！
