詹成志同志退休，免去其重庆市发展和改革委员会副主任、重庆市能源局局长职务;
柳春鸣同志退休，免去其重庆中国三峡博物馆副馆长职务;
李小川同志退休，免去其四川外国语大学副校长职务。
