三言财经3月1日消息，据证券时报报道，今日上午，全国首家个人破产事务管理机构——深圳市破产事务管理署正式揭牌成立。从3月1日起，《深圳经济特区个人破产条例》正式实施。这是中国首部个人破产法规。
