被告人王国强犯非国家工作人员受贿罪，判处有期徒刑五年六个月；犯职务侵占罪，判处有期徒刑六个月；犯强迫交易罪，判处有期徒刑三年九个月，并处罚金人民币50000元；决定执行有期徒刑八年，并处罚金人民币50000元。
追缴被告人王国强的违法所得人民币132万元，予以没收，上缴国库。
