根据绍兴日报的报道：
1月9日，越城区北海街道鹿湖庄园的回迁居民正在新居里贴“福”字，欢欢喜喜迎新年。鹿湖庄园是北海街道鹿湖庄村城中村改造安置项目，是重要的民生工程之一。鹿湖庄村于2014年开始拆迁，2021年2月1日回迁居民开始择房，到2月8日中午12点，择房率达99.9%，285户安置户喜提新房。
