2021年2月7日，江西省药监局公开行政处罚信息。12家药企生产劣药被处罚。
生产劣药品种：土鳖虫 、大黄通便片 、地龙、制天南星、海藻、盐补骨脂、醋没药、威灵仙、罗布麻叶和淫羊藿、前胡和桑白皮 、“枳壳”等三批次中药饮片 拟海龙。
处罚依据：《药品管理法》第七十四条。
处罚内容：1、没收违法所得；2处以罚款。
