IT之家 6 月 30 日消息，海康存储 (HIKSEMI) 今日表示，其消费级固态硬盘新品 C5000ECO 即将上市。
这一型号采用 M.2 2280 外形规格和 PCIe Gen5 ×4 接口，符合 NVMe 协议。其基于 3D TLC NAND 闪存，应用 DRAM-less 方案，顺序读取速率至高可达 11900MB/s，提供包括 2TB 在内的多种容量选择，适配全场景。
