北京商报讯（记者 姚倩）1月25日，天目药业发布公告称，公司董事会收到公司副总经理程海波提交的书面辞职报告，程海波因个人原因申请辞去公司副总经理职务。辞职后，程海波不再公司担任任何职务。天目药业被称为"中药第一股"，旗下拥有珍珠明目滴眼液、铁皮石斛等产品。
