按照《政协章程》有关规定，经政协商洛市第四届委员会常务委员会第二十次会议审议决定：增补刘仲林、李久敏、徐凤莲、李强同志为四届市政协委员；同意李华平、匡超、雷明环三名同志辞去四届市政协委员；撤销张海四届市政协委员资格。
