日前，省、市发改委先后下发通知，决定自2021年1月1日起，郴州市城区、资兴市、桂阳县同步降低管道燃气价格，试行期2年（在试行的第二年，省、市发改委将根据试行情况开展成本监审，并按规定履行听证后，核定正式价格）。文件如下：
