证券时报e公司讯，由于债市近期波动较大，有企业叫停发债。根据记者对Wind数据的统计，11月第二周“推迟或发行失败”的债券规模达到190亿，环比暴增近180%，发债主体不少为地方平台。11月16日仍有部分债券取消发行，规模63亿，其中包括来自河南的“20豫交运MTN007”，发行金额18亿。
