子宫肌瘤是女性生殖器官中最常见的一种良性肿瘤，主要由子宫平滑肌细胞增生而成。
患者，女，45岁，自诉：月经多或不规则出血，下腹按之有包块，疼痛、白带增多等。
除上述自诉外，经检查：子宫增大，质硬。探测宫腔增长或变形。
杨金花主任确定的治法：
处方一：乾坤针独穴秒治。
处方二：辨证配穴。
处方三：金掌老古方。
隔一天一次，每周三次，治疗四次后来月经，患者表示此次月经期间没有痛经腹胀等症状，月经出血量正常。之后治疗情况会随时追踪。
