10月13日下午，北京海淀，北洼路附近一小区上空惊现“环天顶弧”，像彩虹一样倒挂在天际，色彩鲜明十分漂亮，吸引附近市民驻足围观，争相拍摄，美景持续不足十分钟后逐渐消失。环天顶弧是一种在外观上类似彩虹的光学现象；但与彩虹不同，它的形成是太阳光从水平方向通过冰晶后折射而形成，而非雨滴。
