DoNews9月30日消息（记者 翟继茹）30日晚，阿里巴巴集团年度股东大会公告显示，马云自即日起不再担任阿里巴巴集团董事。
最新的阿里巴巴董事会包括董事张勇（董事会主席）、蔡崇信、武卫、J. Michael EVANS、井贤栋及Kabir MISRA；以及独立董事董建华、郭德明、杨致远、E. Brje EKHOLM及Wan Ling MARTELLO。
马云退出阿里巴巴董事会，意味着阿里巴巴已全面完成交接棒。在张勇执掌阿里巴巴的一年中，阿里巴巴市值从4500亿美元上涨到7500亿美元。（完）
