智通财经APP讯，英皇国际(00163)发布公告，如前公告所述，于接受了本金额为1.432亿美元(占将于2021年9月到期的未赎回现有票据本金总额的71.67%)的交换要约后，本金总额为2.50亿美元的新票据及额外新票据将会根据交换要约、新票据及额外新票据的条款和条件发行。
新票据和额外新票据发行后将形成单一系列，将于2023年9月到期，票息率为4.50%。
