8月13日，有市场传闻称，第一创业与首创证券计划合并，首创证券甚至因此推迟了正在进行的IPO计划。对此，首创证券官网当日发布澄清公告表示，截至目前，首创证券没有与任何证券公司进行整体合并的计划，公司经营情况正常。第一创业公告称，该公司目前不存在应披露而未披露的信息。（记者刘慧）
