7月28日20时52分，山西省忻州市原平市吉祥花园小区广场一男童腿被卡住。
忻州消防原平站7名指战员到达现场后发现，小男孩的小腿部位被广场的下水道不锈钢隔栏卡住无法拔出，救援人员一边疏散围观群众，一边利用撬棍将一根不锈钢隔栏拆除，男童小腿顺利拔出，成功获救。
