6月2日，沈阳男子孙向波急救按断老太12根肋骨被起诉索赔一案，二审延期至6月12日在沈阳市中院开庭。2017年，当年72岁的齐淑珍进入孙向波开的药店后昏厥，孙向波急救时压断其肋骨12根，齐淑珍出院后起诉孙向波索赔。2019年12月该案一审宣判驳回原告诉讼请求。
