日前，由东明县监察委员会向东明县人民检察院移送审查起诉的东明县益康源食品有限公司、菏泽市华瑞食品有限公司东明县分公司原会计李靖龙涉嫌挪用公款罪一案（涉案金额人民币1749031元），经东明县人民检察院依法提起公诉，东明县人民法院作出一审判决，以被告人李靖龙犯挪用公款罪判处有期徒刑五年。
