近日，省纪委通报5起扶贫领域腐败和作风典型问题，其中德州1起：宁津县长官镇长南村党支部原书记韩凤泉截留挪用扶贫项目资金问题。
2016年12月，韩凤泉经与其他村干部研究，违规截留专项扶贫资金11.55万元，作为村集体经费支出。韩凤泉还涉及其他违纪违法问题，2019年9月受到开除党籍处分，司法机关已追究其刑事责任。
