据贵州赖永初酒业有限公司官方微博消息，长期以来，一些市场出现模仿我们宣传及包装的产品，杜撰的“赖茅”酒商标历史流传不绝于市，其剽窃的我方历史资料赫然出现在其相关宣传品上。我司声明：赖永初先生肖像注册商标，贵州省仁怀市茅台镇恒兴酒厂及贵州赖永初酒业酿造出品的“赖永初”，“赖恒”，“恒兴”等系列白酒才是原赖茅酒的正宗延续产品。
