近日，国家新闻出版署发布了《关于防止未成年人沉迷网络游戏的通知》(简称《通知》)，要求所有网络游戏用户均需使用有效身份信息方可进行游戏账号注册。同时，《通知》规定每日22时到次日8时，游戏公司不得为未成年人提供游戏服务，法定节假日每日不得超过3小时，其他时间每日不得超过1.5小时。网络游戏平台不得向8周岁以下用户提供付费服务。《通知》还对网络游戏平台对未成年人提供服务的时段、时长、付费情况进行了具体规定。
