11月2日，恒丰银行2019泉城（济南）马拉松正式拉开帷幕。
8点38分，距离半马起跑仅68分钟，来自肯尼亚的西蒙第一个跑过终点，获得半程马拉松的冠军。西蒙今年24岁。
