我的新能源车现在用的是原来的新能源专段号牌（“沪DZ”蓝牌），如果我想再置换一辆新能源车，能否保留原来的新能源专段号牌。

不行。
本市作为新能源号牌试点城市，自2016年12月1日起，新增新能源车辆均应按规定核发新能源号牌，所以无论是首次购买还是置换新能源车，都应该核发新能源号牌，原专段号牌号码是不能沿用的。
