近日，天泰·欢乐时光（二期）规划方案批前公示，项目位于香港路以南、规划路以西，由青岛浩荣置业有限公司建设。
二期规划设计19栋住宅楼，层数为5F-18F,总建筑面积107405.47㎡,其中地上建筑面积74811.29㎡，地下建筑面积32594.18㎡,总户数748户，地下停车位991辆。
