9月1日，四川乐山的张女士领到一张《乐山市道路停车记录告知单》，告知她在沙湾区未在规定地点停车。张女士很疑惑，为何告知单上未盖公章？交警部门表示，此为一张告知单，可以不盖公章，交警会搜集证据，若确存在违章，则会进行处罚。
