陕西省榆林市纪委监委8月30日发布通报称，陕西省榆林市公安局榆阳分局党委委员、副局长、扫黑办主任刘耀涉嫌严重违纪违法，涉嫌为黑社会性质组织充当“保护伞”，目前正在接受纪律审查和监察调查。
