5月24日上午消息，根据小米集团人力资源部内部发出的处罚通知邮件显示：@小米公司 国际部员工汪凌鸣因违反《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第四十四条规定，被公安机关予以行政拘留五日处罚。同时，小米集团国际部管理层经过讨论决定，对汪凌鸣予以辞退。
