自2017年12月宣布退役以来，韩国知名上单Shy一直活跃在直播中。不久前他在直播中说到“我曾经是一名职业选手，也直播了一段时间，现在是我为国家服务的时候了，我会以更好的姿态回归！”
外国媒体也证明这一消息，Shy将于5月13日入伍服兵役。
