马灵才简历
马灵才，男，汉族，1969年12月生，山西柳林人，大专学历，1991年8月参加工作。
1991年8月至2001年3月 中阳县枝柯中学任教；
2001年3月至今 吕梁市人才开发交流服务中心科员,
2018年10月 兼职吕梁山护工服务中心负责人。
