三言财经4月18日消息，据辽宁日报消息，沈阳市将以纯电驱动新能源汽车为主要战略方向，强化政策引领和市场培育，适度超前建设智能高效充电基础设施网络，加快推进新能源汽车推广应用。今年沈阳市将启动建设新能源汽车交易中心项目，并要求新增网约出租汽车全部采用纯电动新能源汽车。
