下午15：20分左右，有车友向1007爆料，福州三环淮安大桥往金山方向，一辆小货车撞上路基，侧翻在路旁。目前事故占用了慢车道。
爆料人陈先生告诉记者，看到事故的时候，大概是两点半，猜测是货车撞倒路基，侧甩翻倒，但是为何撞上路基他不太清楚。现场没有看到人员受伤，经过时也暂时没有交警出现。
