近日，司法部权威发布2018年度律师、基层法律服务工作统计分析情况。截至2018年底，全国共有执业律师42.3万多人，比2017年底增长了14.8%。北京、广东两省（市）律师人数超过3万人；上海、江苏、浙江、山东、河南、四川等省（市）律师人数超过2万人。全国共有律师事务所3万多家，其中合伙所2万多家，国资所1100多家，个人所9140多家。
