一、航天金税系统设置
安装成功后进入开票软件（如下图）：
需要对委托代办退税项进行设置才可以开票。
二、百旺金赋系统设置
点击“系统设置”中的“参数设置”。
在“运行参数”页签中勾选“委托代办退税企业”即可。
