1、烧制一级、二级等烧结砖时，一般烧成温度为1430~1450℃，保温40h；
2、烧制三级烧结砖时，烧成温度为1390-1400℃，保温24h~32h；
3、如果用隧道窑烧制一二级等烧结砖，烧成温度通常为1500~1560℃；
4、升温速度随原料和制品的不同而异。600℃以前的低温阶段，应缓慢升温：600~1200℃升温速度可稍快：1200℃至最高烧成温度应控制升温速度；
